Prepare your TOTAL photo PDF
Use photo forms with one or two columns. Place one caption immediately below each photo. Print only the photo pages directly to PDF; captions must remain selectable text.
The first source page starts with two large, stacked photos in Word. Additional photos use grids of up to six per page. All supported photos are retained.
Use upright photos at least 1 inch wide and ¾ inch high. Longer captions wrap and use a smaller font in Word automatically. Scans, overlapping photos, and captions beside or above photos are not supported. Small graphics are excluded and reported after conversion.
When a caption is missing or unclear, ShutterDoc identifies the page and photo to correct in TOTAL. The PDF is processed on the server for this request; the app does not save reports to a library.
